Product Designer

We've built an innovative team with top talent from across the health insurance and tech industries to create engaging, modern plans for our clients. This allows our customers to offer competitive benefits packages while paying an average of 20% less than traditional plans.

Sana is looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team. You will work with our Product and Engineering teams to support our collective mission – to make quality healthcare understandable, accessible, and affordable. You will have design ownership of several product features and play a crucial supporting role in carrying out larger product initiatives. Whether designing new digital user experiences, or creating iterative improvements to existing features, you will have a direct impact on our users, internal teammates, and company as a whole. In a complex industry like health insurance, great product design is one of the things that sets us apart from our competition. If you are excited about solving hard problems with simple designs that surprise and delight users, then this is the perfect role for you.
