Our tools empower everyone in multifamily property management to improve their operations and maximise returns, which means they’re building better experiences for their residents. When property people are happy, we’re happy. That’s why we’re HappyCo.

The Position:

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer, someone that is passionate about UX, loves solving customer problems with software and technology and really understands what delight equates to in a B2B environment.

We work fast and smart, collaborating cross-functionally and across multiple time-zones to deliver high-quality, effective solutions that our customers in the USA love. As an established start-up, we've learned how to adapt and evolve over the years, and you’ll play a part in our story as we scale and deliver on our promises.

About the Team:

As a full-time HappyCo’er, you’ll be joining a dedicated product delivery team. You’ll work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure a consistent, people-centric approach to the HappyCo experience. You’ll also be joining the greater design team that’s responsible for user research, brand, content & marketing design. We’re big believers of collaboration and welcome input across all disciplines regardless of specialisation — we love a good hot take and value everyone’s input in driving design excellence.

You’ll notice that the HappyCo team is big on supporting the community and we help organise and sponsor some of Adelaide’s largest tech based MeetUp events including Product of ADL and Front End Adelaide.

Please include a portfolio or links that represent a range of design styles and diversity of projects which demonstrates your abilities. Indicate which parts you did individually and which were a team effort.
