About the product designer opportunity This is an incredible opportunity for someone to come in as an early member of the core team and change the industry standard of recruiting. As the first product designer at Betterleap, you will be involved at every step of product development, from brainstorming ideas to launching new products. You will translate insights uncovered by product and sales teams into concretized, standalone, design-system-friendly MVP prototypes and partner closely with product managers and engineers to scope and ship new versions of our core product.
