The procurement team is looking for an entry level Purchase Coordinator to join the team. This position can be completely remote. The Purchase Coordinator will perform administrative and clerical duties for the Global Procurement Team and support business stakeholders on purchase order creation. 

What you’ll be responsible for:

Provides administrative and clerical support to the department and business stakeholders.

Responsible for creating purchase orders in Coupa on behalf of Procurement for the business. 

Submitting purchase orders for approval. 

Ensure purchase orders are accurate by verifying against the contract agreements. 

Works closely with Accounts Payable to ensure purchase orders are assigned to an invoice. 

Assist the Procurement team with reports and indicators of all relevant activity in Coupa pertaining purchase orders and spend.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What you’ll be bringing to the team:

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to learn purchasing procedures and policies.

Ability to adhere to an established SLA. 

Is comfortable with multitasking and managing multiple business stakeholders at the same time. 

Understanding of ERP systems and processes.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Entry level administrative or accounting experience. 

Experience with billing, invoicing or order placing

Even better but not necessary: 

Experience with Coupa or other corporate procure-to-pay solutions.

Experience with any of our systems such as Slack, GSuite, Excel, Jira, ServiceNow, Monday, Concord or Ironclad
