To accommodate our growth we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Procurement Analyst in Nipro Medical Europe (NME).

About The Role

As Procurement Analyst, you will support and assist the Procurement Manager NME with the preparation of sourcing projects in order to yield the best purchase results. In this respect, tasks as data collection, data analysis, market trend research, as well as product/technology research will be part of your role.
In addition will you support the general supplier management to secure a stable, efficient and commercially optimal supply base.

What You’ll Do

Data analytics

  • You will support in RFQ preparations and long-term procurement strategies by investigating the supplier landscape, preparing market index and trend analysis, doing product/technology research and operational data analysis.
  • You will take care of quality and technical validation coordination with suppliers.
  • You will identify and streamline scenarios based on RFQ results.

General supplier Management

  • You will manage the existing suppliers and take care of problem-solving with change/maintenance of products, as well as order/delivery issues.
  • You will deal with price increase request analysis, including current purchase volume & value mapping, preliminary supplier/product landscaping.
  • You will do the contract coordination: contract template preparation, coordination with other internal departments for contract review, and preliminary contract discussions with suppliers. You will take care of the new supplier creation.
  • Therefore, you will team up with product marketing and operations colleagues, following the relevant New Product Introduction procedures.

What You'll Need

  • You hold a Bachelor degree and have at least 3 years of relevant expertise in a procurement and / or administrative role.
  • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy administrative work.
  • You are a flexible thinker and get energy from new ideas and approaches.
  • You are solution-focused, hands-on and stress resistant.
  • You thrive in an international environment where innovative and out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent command in English is required, additional languages are a plus
