Our client is an industrial company active internationally.
In order to support their development, we are currently recruiting a Plant Controller who will act as a Finance Business Partner for the Production teams.
Their offices are located around Brussels.
Job Description
Plant Controller - Industrial companyAs the Plant Controller, you will be part of the Controlling team and will report directly to the Controlling Director.In this function, you are responsible for driving and controlling the financial performance of the plant.Your main tasks will consist in :
Being responsible for the control of the production costs as well as the margins analyses- Ensuring the follow-up in the ERP on the production and stocks
- Being in charge of the development and animation of strong reporting tools
- Acting as a sparring partner for the Manufacturing team
- Establishing a reliable financial & performance reporting for the management, accompanied by your recommendations
- Taking part to the monthly reporting activities
- Participating in the production budget and forecast preparation by identifying the right KPI's
- Supporting all kinds of questions through various ad hoc analyzes.
The Successful Applicant
Plant Controller - Industrial companyThe ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :
Master's degree in Business Administration / Finance- 7 years of financial experience out of which at least 4 in a Cost Controlling position
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is required
- IT minded and willing to improve tools
- Fluent in Dutch and / or French with a good understanding of the other language
- Excellent communication with strong business partnering skills
- Passionate and willing to evolve in a dynamic environment.
