Introduction

The Planner is responsible to plan in the optimal way the full working activity of the service engineers at client site in order to optimize the occupancy rate of the engineers

Responsibilities

  • The planner coordinates the planning on site of the Krones Service engineers’ team.
  • He takes into consideration the internal activity request coming from CSPs, KAG, Sales and takes necessary actions to be correctly informed by them.
  • He works in close contact with the CSP’s (Customer Support Provider), the dedicated services and the invoicing departments.
  • He is responsible to dedicate the right skill level towards the planned activity on client site.
  • He plans the engineers considering the local labor law concerning overtime, Sunday work, etc.
  • He organizes the full agenda of the intervention at client site considering the agenda of the engineer, the optimal transportation means, hotel/restaurant accommodation. He tries to reduce costs where possible.
  • He anticipates/is reactive concerning any constraint (legal labor law modifications, sickness of service engineers, sanitary priorities...).
  •  He aims for optimal service delivery in time and optimizes the occupancy rate of the local service engineers’ team.
  • He takes care of the high customer satisfaction and suggests any qualitative evolution of the planning service.
  • The Planner is part of the customer service team and reports to the Planning Coordinator.
  • He masters and updates frequently his knowledge of the working time legal dispositions for KSA & KSARL.
  • He respects the KPIs applicable to the local service engineers’ team.

Skills and habilities and other

Skills and habilities 

  • High technical education or high level administrative studies
  • Ideally, professional experience in the agro-food industry ideally BPE
  • Knowledge of FR/NL is a must
  • Knowledge of English/ German, pack office, SAP, SALES FORCE is a plus;
  • Relational skills, listening & communication skills, solution oriented, empathy, autonomy, proactivity, team spirit, business oriented

 

KPI'S

  • The occupancy rate of FBA technician, KAG, sub-contractors by zone and in all FBA zones
  • Occupancy rate by NM & IOS activity
  • Invoicing rate (percentage between planned and invoiced / valued)
  • Profitability per technician

  • Position based in the Krones office with travel around 2% in KAG Germany
  • Full time contract
