As one of our People Analytics Project Leaders, your aim is to bring evidence-based insights into the way you lead, manage and deliver HR projects.

Within Corporate HR (CHR), the People Analytics team has five main activities:

  1. project management
  2. analytics use cases
  3. employee listening
  4. management information & reporting
  5. data management

Description de la fonction

  • Initially, you will mostly support projects related to wellbeing and designing an attractive work environment. Always taking into account evidence-based information as well as the human aspect of change.
  • You define the project and make sure it is well-executed. This includes coordinating the activities of all colleagues and third parties involved in the project.
  • You keep an overview of all the activities related to the project and keep the project stakeholders informed, including senior management. Thanks to you they know where we stand in terms of progress, deadlines and deliverables. You consult with them on the human aspects of change.
  • You bring an analytical perspective to projects by working closely with HR Data Analysts and Analytics Advisors.
  • If there are roadblocks, you facilitate finding a solution. When colleagues have suggestions to improve or to innovate, you're happy to work with the feedback.
  • You measure the success of the project through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
