About Our Client
Our client is a famous international company which are working in a nice environment. They are based in Brussels, reachable by public transports. Ergonomic and modern offices.
Job Description
As a Payroll Officer, you will have to deliver the following tasks :
- Explaining employment conditions via training session or answering staff payroll related questions
- Managing all the administrative work related to the start of an employee
- Handling all administrative documentation
- Ensuring a proper filing and archiving of employees employment information/documentation
- Maintaining HR general email box
- Calculate salaries of white collars
The Successful Applicant
- You have a Bachelor in Human Resources or equal by experience
- Your language skills are: fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus
- You have knowledge of Belgian social legislation
- You have knowledge of payroll systems
- Eye for detail, organised and problem-solver
- You have worked already with a HR software (for ex : E-Blox, Level5,...) in the past
