Job Description

As a Payroll Officer, you will have to deliver the following tasks :

  • Explaining employment conditions via training session or answering staff payroll related questions
  • Managing all the administrative work related to the start of an employee
  • Handling all administrative documentation
  • Ensuring a proper filing and archiving of employees employment information/documentation
  • Maintaining HR general email box
  • Calculate salaries of white collars

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a Bachelor in Human Resources or equal by experience
  • Your language skills are: fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus
  • You have knowledge of Belgian social legislation
  • You have knowledge of payroll systems
  • Eye for detail, organised and problem-solver
  • You have worked already with a HR software (for ex : E-Blox, Level5,...) in the past
