Operations Team Leader

WHAT YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF

A Team lead manages a small team that's responsible for the home installations in Belgium. The Team lead is successful by establishing and maintaining successful relationships with installation partners, the local sales team, and the delivery team to achieve happy customers every day! As team lead you are in charge of a small team of 3 with an opportunity for growth depending on market dynamics .

Your key responsibilities include:

• Creating a strong and self steering team
• Coordinating daily delivery of surveys, installations and maintenance
• Review quotes, issue purchase orders and cost optimization
• Analyse performance and service level fulfilment from installation partners
• Process implementation ensuring continuous improvement
• Project manage various projects in the Delivery department
• Monitoring if high installation quality standards are met by the installation partner and troubleshooting issues with installation works, in close collaboration with our in house electrician

You will collaborate with a dynamic international team of skilled EV experts spread across Europe. Together you will make sure Shell Recharge Solutions will successfully set foot on the ground in the Benelux.

THIS IS HOW WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Perform daily steering of the team as expected in a team lead role requires in a growing and dynamic organization
• Supporting, training and managing appointed local installation partners following the existing contract
• Successfully drive performance; coordinate installation and maintenance activities involving our partners, resellers and third party installers that perform installations on behalf of one of our customers
• Engaging with and onboarding new potential partners, by introducing them to our way of workings and tools
• Implement and drive various projects to improve our operations and bridge the gap between the different departments and installers.
• Bring forward areas for improvement to drive performance and bring the quality of our service to a higher level and set new standards
• Providing support of day to day activities at the regional operations team and ensuring steering is followed at team level, including team schedule planning, conducting morning stand ups and end of day reporting.

THIS IS WHO YOU ARE

• You have a solid background on electrotechnical installations, local regulations and main competitors in the market
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in installations or the E- mobility market.
• You are highly motivated to deliver a top customer experience and simultaneously improve our daily operations
• Strong communicator, fluent in Dutch, French and English verbal and written
• You are goal oriented: analytical, ensure you are factual and able to translate plans into action
• You are proactive and can work independently with organizational skills
• You are enthusiastic and know how to convey this enthusiasm to the team

• Experience with working with Salesforce is highly valued
• Driver’s license
