About Our Client
Our client is an international company seeking for a new Operations Manager.

Job Description
As Operations Manager, you will:
- Manage your team of 100 people (direct & indirect report) and lead by example
- Be responsible to all the logistic IN/OUT-bound process flow, reception, packaging, storage…
- Reach your internal & external targets (KPIs and dashboard management)
- Increase the quality & performance and decrease the costs
- Oversee the planning orders, the staff planning, problem solving…
- Maintain & improve customers relationships
- Seek continuous improvement
- Stand for the application of HSE Standards
- Be able to deal with unions
The Successful Applicant
Profile - Operations Manager :
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally in for a 3PL
- Entrepreneur, diplomatic, lead by example, team spirit and result oriented
- Fluent in English and French
- Knowledge in Microsoft dynamics and Power BI
