Operations Agent

WHAT YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF

As part of a local operations team, our Operations Agent is responsible for providing installation support for our partners. While contributing to a tight planning schedule for charge point installations, you will be busy with monitoring the installations and remotely helping solve problems that our mechanics face every day. If necessary you will as well be responsible for communication with customers . The Operations Agent reports to our Delivery Manager BeNeLux and works together with our local Sales team and the other local Operations team members. Your working day is a success if all installations planned for the day are delivered as promised and all customers are happy and satisfied with their charging solution.

Next to day-to-day operation support you will be a part of a dynamic and growing environment, which means the market, our products and services, as well as the applications we use constantly change. An Operations Agent is expected to be flexible and confident to handle this.

THIS IS HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Providing (remote) installation support for Shell Recharge Solutions installation and sales partners during the on-site installation activities of the charge point solutions;
• Daily monitoring and reporting performance of Shell Recharge Solutions installation and service partners in the BeNeLux region;
• Daily monitoring frequently occurring technical issues and discuss structural solutions with our central hardware team;
• Being in direct contact with customers regarding installations or maintenance work in close coordination with our installation or maintenance partners whenever applicable.
• You are curious to follow on-the-job training in order to generate more knowledge and skill towards working with our products, i.e. charge points, applications et cetera.
• You are continuously aware of safety and security while working with our products, as working in this environment means being able to comply with high-standard safety regulations.

• You have a technical/engineering/electrical study background
• You are highly motivated to deliver a top customer experience and simultaneously improve our daily operations;
• You are critical towards your own and other people's work and output. We work with departmental targets, which requires an accurate and result driven attitude.
• You put value in working safely in an environment with high demands in this aspect.
• You have the ability to communicate effectively with mechanics in the field as well as with colleagues in the office;
• You are enthusiastic, proactive and can work independently;
• Fluent in English and Dutch is a must - fluent French is a bonus;
