The Online Content Specialist is responsible to ensure high quality, customer-relevant content on the IKEA.be website (NL/FR) in order to improve search engine performance, the strength of the IKEA brand, as well as increasing online visit, engagement and conversion. 
- You will act as a member of the Marketing - and E-commerce team and proactively contribute to the omnichannel experience to achieve common objectives and goals.- You will be the go-to person and advisor to the eCommerce & Marketing team for content and asset effectiveness on IKEA.be, depending on function, phase of the online journey and objective of the message. - You demonstrate a creative, pro-active and co-creative mind-set. - You review content assets, identify improvement, create and publish web pages and will coordinate/execute A/B testing. - You manage content the localization process: adjust global material for locally relevant implementation, create new/local content when needed keeping a good balance between effort vs impact and results.- You continuously optimize the content, editorial process and efficiency and contribute with insights, recommendations and solutions in the area of web content. - You establish best practices and contribute to continuous growth of online content know-how. - You work, in a daily collaboration, with range, merchandising, SEO and digital performance functions, in order to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact.
For this role we expect:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, web content management & production. Experience in (online) retail is a plus. - Excellent knowledge of CMS, web analytics and performance measurement tools. - Good understanding of SEO. - Good understanding of Dutch, French and English.- Passionate about communication and conveying information and inspiration to consumers. - Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to turn strategies into impactful actions, with simplicity. self-starter, autonomous. - Energized by contributing to success and results through collaboration and co-creation.
