About Our Client
Our client is an non-profit organisation with a goal to fight extreme poverty and preventable disease as well as defending the rights to education for all children. Based in the United States, the company is present in various country including Belgium. In Brussels, they are particularly focusing on influencing the European Institutions on these matters.
Job Description
As Operations Coordinator, here is a list of various tasks you would do:
- Being the contact person for the different department
- Coordinate the administrative functions of the office in Brussels including office supplies and facilities management, negotiating with the landlord and vendors
- Helping to coordinate the recruitment process
- Organising onboarding of new comers
- Handling the computers configuration with the IT department
- Managing invoices, payments, expenses, Payroll, ...
- Organising events and conferences
- Organising travel arrangements
The Successful Applicant
The successful Operations Coordinators :
- A Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years experience in office management or an administrative position in Belgium
- A perfect command of English and a very good knowledge of French
- Knowledge of basic financial processes
- Very good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Suite
- Ability to keep tight deadlines
- A multi-tasking person
