Music Tech UX UI Designer

Do you want to work on exciting projects in the music industry? Indie is a fully remote startup studio building new music tech software with flexible working hours and a home office budget.

We're looking for a full time UX/UI Designer to lead the design of our flagship Aux app - a music file collaboration platform with apps across web, desktop and mobile.

The app is rapidly changing and actively developed with regular releases. We are looking for a designer to work with the FIGMA design application to build on existing product designs and deliver new flows to the developers in a consistent way. You will be working closely with both the Product and Development teams and responding to customer feedback to make our product a success.

We’re a small team of six so you’ll have a fantastic opportunity to work on the designs of projects from start to finish and have full control over the process. Your design work will go from wireframes to live code in front of thousands of users in just a few weeks.

Ideal Experience:

• Degree or Intensive Course in UX/UI Design
• 6 Months of UX/UI Experience
• A portfolio with examples of mobile and web app designs

Bonus Points:

• Experience using FIGMA directly
• Previous Startup roles
• Interest in music making/music production software
