As a Modsy Customer Experience Supervisor, you will manage a team of up to 15 remote Customer Experience frontline representatives. In this role, you will work alongside other Modsy CX Supervisors to help guide and support one of our most valuable assets - our frontline. You will help ensure Modsy CX is remarkably responsive, helpful, and empathetic to our customers’ needs by monitoring work queues, performing quality audits and coaching sessions, and finding process and efficiency improvements. 

The ideal candidate is obsessed with helping customers and providing them with exceptional experiences. You are passionate about leading, developing, and motivating a team of high performing frontline agents. You have experience finding gaps in processes and making them more streamlined and customer friendly. You move quickly and easily adapt to change, embracing the unknown and inspiring your team to work hard through ups and downs by being authentic, transparent, and celebrating wins regularly. Most importantly - you want to help the business grow by cultivating its customer base and the hard working people who support those customers - and have fun doing it!
