Materials Management Administrator - Actief Interim - Diegem

You will be responsible for the effective and correct execution of transactions with regards to inventory and warehouse management.You will help in creating, maintaining and running periodic reports.You will support Materials Management coordinators.Tasks:Inventory Management:•handles the entering of purchase orders / Stock transport orders, based on input of materials management coordinator•Responsible for the correct and timely execution of transactions related to inventory management (e.g. stock corrections, batch transfers, posting goods receipts)•monitors accuracy of inventory in SAP, regularly checking with physical inventory counts•prepares stock adjustments•verifies warehouse handling invoices•reports periodically on slow movers and product in quality inspection•runs various daily controlsAdministration:•Checks shipment documents sent for verification (draft B/L, ..)•Enters receipts for intercompany purchase orders•Follows up timely issuance of invoice, packing list, B/L, COO, COA and such by intercompany vendors for shipments to receive.•monitors the progress of purchase orders / stock transport orders against planned /confirmed delivery dates•coordinates receiving, processing and storage of goods•follows up on the operational service levels of the warehouses/Logistical service providersPlans of the replenishments:•maintains the rolling replenishments progression in the Excel spreadsheets•sends notifications for replenishments to the warehousesEnsures that all stakeholders (Materials Management co-ordinator, CSRs, plant, service provider) are timely informed about all aspects of the materials management and shipmentsEnsures that all relayed tasks and actions are fully compliant with internal and external regulations such as ISO, OE, etc.

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experienceYou have an excellent knwoledge of both, English and DutchYou are service minded and work accurately
