Management Assistant

The Group benefits of a strong and long-established presence in Europe and emerging countries, with 70 operating companies and 6 representative offices in 42 countries, production sites, centres of competence & R&D in 4 continents.

They’re currently looking for a C-level Management Assistant to the Country Manager & the Sales Manager, being the central point-of-contact for many responsibilities.

Attention all meetings & report
Invoices (in collab with Finance);
Agenda management – organisation meetings – travel arrangements – meetings
Declarations of recupel, bebat, ATTB …
Management feel (in strong collab with HR), GDPR, Prevention (in collab with their expert);
Collaboration with prevention advisor;
CRM program + keeping up to date database & analyses, providing support input on campaigns…

Profil

Bachelor or equivalent by experience
Proven track record as Management Assistant in a fast-paced commercial organisation and proven experience supporting C-level executives
Driven to work collaboratively & cross-functionally;
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements, ability to question the status quo, always looking for more efficient ways to handle tasks
Good eye for detail & structure
Dutch – French – English all fluent
IT familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP or other sales follow-up tools
You have a drive licence for the use of a company car.
