Your role

Supporting M&A processes, in an efficient manner, from opportunity sourcing, term sheet negotiation, due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, execution and closing, all in a timely fashion and in accordance with Parkwind’s strategy and processes.
Working in close collaboration with and under the oversight of the M&A Team Lead to ensure deal structure and terms are consistent with corporate strategy.
Soliciting input from and ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders.
Representing Parkwind in interactions and negotiations with counterparties and at industry events with outstanding competence, professionalism, and integrity.
Monitor and analyse industry and market trends to obtain relevant intelligence and provide strategic insights.
Prepare relevant internal documents and presentations for the management and/or board.

Requirements

Your profile:

Team player with academic qualifications in either, finance, legal, and/or business administration
3+ years of relevant experience in either M&A, investment banking, financial management consulting, preferably combined with a relevant experience in the offshore/renewable industry;
Strong project and stakeholder management skills;
Sound time management, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills;
Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills;
Open, problem-solving and critical mindset; ability to analyse and synthetize;
Strong presentation skills;
Fluent in English;
Ability to work well under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
