As M&A Advisor you will be responsible for assisting / managing M&A processes for the KBC group.

In line with KBC group's corporate strategy, you will assist / manage M&A processes from start to finish whereby you will be responsible for:

• opportunity sourcing,
• due diligence and coordination with experts of other departments within the KBC group : steering a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external experts throughout the transaction process,
• valuation,
• negotiation of transaction documents,
• execution,
• closing, and
• follow-up on integration.

Throughout the M&A process, you will:

• solicit, collect, challenge and actively prioritize input from internal and external experts,
• ensure alignment among internal stakeholders,
• prepare internal documents for the corporate governance bodies, and
• represent KBC in discussions with third parties.

Given the small size of the team, efficiency, independence and self-reliance coupled to a strong commitment to get the job done are prerequisites for this function. You can take a holistic approach with sufficient eye for detail and thrive in project management in an international environment.
