Your Mission

  • You visit clients and prospects on location and work closely with the Internal Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support departments.
  • In this challenging and autonomous position, you further strengthen and build on existing customer relationships and track down new customers. You manage the top companies in your region.
  • You make efficient customer needs diagnoses and transform them into creative and strategic StepStone solutions.
  • You manage the sales process from prospecting to ordering for the customers / prospects assigned to you.
  • Through close collaboration with the departments mentioned above, you prepare sophisticated and qualitative presentations, demonstrations, tenders and ultimately orders.
  • You achieve the targets assigned to you and you get a kick of surpassing them.
  • Your flexibility and spontaneity are a guarantee for you to easily communicate with various stakeholder.
  • Finally, you are not afraid of everyday administrative tasks such as maintaining the "CRM system", following up your contacts and quotes, etc.

Who are you?

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • You have a proven experience in "solution selling" and the development of successful customer relationships at management level.
  • You are an independent, ambitious sales person for whom targets are a lower limit, not an end goal. Making a lot of money gives you a major kick.
  • You can manage stress well and want to achieve results.
  • Furthermore, you know how to organize yourself and you can negotiate and close contracts with customers at all levels.
  • You have strong communication and listening skills and you can analyse the needs of your customers.
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is a big plus.
  • Sales experience within Recruitment / HR is a plus.
  • You have a hands-on, no-nonsense mentality. The slogan "Work hard, play hard" fits you like a glove.
  • You are regularly at the office in Brussels for team meetings and when you have no appointments.
