We are always on the go at KBC. A good thing with the number of banking transactions increases on a day-by-day basis. And all these transactions need to be as smooth as silk. That's why we use an extensive internal ICT infrastructure and fast-functioning data centers. The administration of these tools is in the hands of the Floor Management Data Center.


This team is looking for a talented Floor Manager to join the ranks. An IT powerhouse whose internal processor operates a few megahertz faster at the mere thought of hosting IT infrastructure-but doesn't become frazzled when things get busy.

Description de la fonction

The Floor Management Data Center focuses on physical IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add Change or Decommissioning of ICT infrastructure) in the West and Central European data centers of the KBC Group. These centers are located in Belgium and Hungary.

As Floor Manager, you take charge of the day-to-day management of the KBC Group data centers, guaranteeing their correct functioning and availability.

In doing so:

  • you collaborate closely with other IT experts, shaping future-proof ICT infrastructure and meeting client expectations;
  • you tackle operational tasks and strategic challenges, as well as crucial processes, responding in the best possible way;
  • you work independently, identifying practical solutions that help clients and do this at the speed of light. You communicate the solutions to the rest of your team just as quickly, ensuring they're implemented in the blink of an eye;
  • you draft new procedures and improve existing ones;
  • you work in a result-oriented, risk-conscious manner, in constant pursuit of improvement.
