Job description

You will be responsible for finding new talent and convince them to join the best Open Source team in the market. You know how to position our organisation, the tools we use to make our people grow and become better engineers. How? We believe in personal development and give our engineers the chance to develop themselves, get certified and stay ahead in an atmosphere where innovation, customer focus and a flat company structure are key. Getting dedicated time to do research in our Tech Guilds, attend conferences and work on the most interesting projects around. It will be your job to transfer our internal enthusiasm onto potential candidates.

Profile

  • A degree is a plus but not mandatory, your knowledge and passion about people, personal development and technology are key
  • Recruiting experience is a definite plus
  • You keep searching for right talent
  • Understanding our company culture and bringing that atmosphere to the candidates is extremely important.
  • Linkedin (recruiter) has no secrets for you
  • You know how to do a first selection of profiles, aided by our online technical assessment tools.
  • You are a teamplayer : you will report to the HR manager and work with technical colleagues helping out during the recruitment process.
  • You are fluent in at least two out of these three languages: Dutch, English or French.
  • Communication skills: you make sure that both the candidates and your colleagues know what to expect, where they are in the recruiting process and do this in a manner that reflects the culture of the company.
