Setelia is a consultancy company operating in Belgium, Netherland France. We provide staffing and solutions services in Telecom, IT and Digital sectors. To expand our business footprint in Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to join this our growing organisation as Junior Recruiter.

The Junior Recruiter position is a key and diversified role in People Recruitment and Employer Branding.

¿ People Recruitment

• Work closely with Sales Manager and clients to successfully source candidates
• Identify potential candidates through job boards searching and adverts, contact networking, referral
• Screen candidates o Call potential candidates to assess suitability for roles
• Organize interviews and participate to interviews as and when required
• Communicate and report on activity regularly at all levels
• Update the internal database and maintaining contact with candidates o Manage the administrative HR process in case of hiring
• Manage yearly review with Setelia employee

¿ Employer Branding

• Promote & Manage company image on Social Network
• Get closed contact with consultants and free-lance
• Be connected to the market through events, ¿

Profile

• Graduate with a Master degree or equivalent in Human Resources or in Business
• First experience in Recruitment / Consulting, internship or as employee
• Minimum knowledge in Technology sector'
• Ready to join a small size organisation and be able to work on autonomous base
• Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
• Interpersonal sales & communication skill
• Independent & autonomous - Knowledge of office suite
• Fluent in English, French
