Junior Product Manager

Immoweb is the largest real estate website on the Belgian market for buying or renting houses, apartments, building plots, garages, offices, and commercial properties.

Within the Axel Springer group, one of the world leading digital publishers that employs more than 16000 people in over 40 countries worldwide, Immoweb is part of the Axel Springer Subsidiary named “group AVIV”.

The AVIV group was founded by Axel Springer in 2018 and has its main focus on digital activities in relation with Real Estate in Europe. This group includes well-known websites such as seLoger. in France and Immowelt in Germany.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Product Manager to join the Product team, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

You will be responsible for delivering qualitative features that are loved by our users and bring value to the business. Together with developers, designers and product owners you are responsible for improving the customer satisfaction of one of the most visited websites in Belgium.

Your responsibilities

The Position

Write user stories and necessary documentation in Jira & Confluence
Propose product improvements based on the provided user research and market knowledge
Guard over the quality and timely delivery of your products or features
You are part of a multidisciplinary team and will initially collaborate closely with a senior Product Manager
Collaborate with the UX/UI team and the developers to come up with the right solutions

Your Skills & Experience

You have a minimum of two-year experience as product owner/manager
You can translate a user need into technical requirements
You have basic knowledge of AWS services
You know and apply agile principles
You know and are eager to apply design thinking principles
You write and speak English fluently. French or Dutch is a plus.
