Your role will be to assist the Brand Manager in developing and implementing the offline Marketing plan to achieve growth and profit.

IMPLEMENTATION OF MARKETING TOOLS:
- Execute marketing actions (launches, animations, promotions)
- Design and create Point of Sales Material (POSM) tools according to Go To Market Tool boxes
- Follow-up of monthly spends for the ranges managed in line with defined objectives and strategy
- Manage the local social media accounts
- Participation in the organisation of seminars (commercial and/or team seminars etc.)
- Social media planning
- Ensure correct brand presence in POS: plan and prepare merchandising, POS materials
- Develop local sell-in and/or sell-out material, design and storytelling according to Go To Market guidelines to boost advice and sell-out in POS
- Support the implementation of planograms and merchandising with the Sell-in and/or Sell-out Sales Manager
- Adapt sell-in tools to be used by sales representatives in field to local needs: sales presentation, commercial offers, price list etc.
- Checking support from HQ in Bilingual languages for BENELUX
- Analyse campaign & project performances ( IQVIA reporting)
- Follow-up and ROI measure for consumer promotions developed
- Follow market trends and competition activity
Profil
- You have a proactive attitude and have a personal passion to bring out the best in yourself and others, and stimulate continuous improvement. You also have excellent attention to detail and superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Furthermore, you are an enthusiastic, proactive team player who combines organizational sensitivity with steadfastness.

- Fluent in both French/Dutch (Flemish) and English (our common language in Europe).
