About Our Client
Our client is a global communication agency specialised in the organisation of B2B events. They are located in the heart of Brussels and today they are looking for a Junior Event Assistant to join their team.
Job Description
- Support the event planners by doing site visits and venue proposals
- Assist in all event needs like: entertainment, food & beverage, accommodations, transportation etc.)
- Calendar management of all the Europe events
- Support the Senior Events Manager with a wide variety of administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
- An excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus
- The ability to adapt in any environment
- Very good social and communication skills
- A first relevant experience in administration is a plus
