Junior Allocator - Packs EMEA - Vans - Bel

Packs EMEA (Kipling, Eastpak, Jansport) is looking for an exceptional Junior Allocator to join our Planning & Allocation team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

As Junior Allocator - Packs EMEA you will be responsible for managing the stock levels of our off- & online DTC Channels in detail. You will support the Senior Allocator in getting the right stock, at the right location at the right time. Your biggest focus will be the allocation and replenishment activities of our 130+ stores/doors (Outlets and Concessions). For this you will be working closely together with the Field & Operations teams to drive and exceed financial results. In our Planning & Allocation team, you will partner closely with the allocation support team members to make sure the stock gets physically in all our 130+ DTC doors and with our digital DTC partners.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Making sure that all our doors are equipped with the correct assortment and depth, by setting and maintaining ideal stock targets on a weekly base (Model stocks)

• Executing all merchandise specific promotional activities, following marketing and sales calendars.

• Analyzing store-level data to identify store-specific inventory issues.

• Collaborating closely with people in the field

Skills for Success

To succeed as a Junior Allocator DTC, you respond quickly to our changing retail environment and store needs, with:

• A formal education and subsequent Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics are nice to have, but above all having a keen interest in retail allocation, order management, analytics or related fields

• A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, above all Excel. Access and Power BI are a big plus

• A superior eye for details, which you will need to define the optimal stock levels per product per store

• Analytical skills to translate sale results in stock needs

• Excellent communication skills, to partner with all different stakeholders

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• A customer and team-focused mindset

• Prior knowledge of SAP is a plus
