The ITS Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects and supporting strategic Information Technology related products at WelbeHealth. The ITS Project Manager collaborates with colleagues and stakeholders, and the higher-level Project Management Office when necessary to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, and driving enterprise IT Governance model and processes including facilitating governance meeting, owning the governance tool, and driving adherence of timelines/priorities/and deliverables across all governance stakeholders.

  • Driving projects to successful implementation across the organization, including extensive cross-functional collaboration across regulatory, real estate, network, and IT.

  • Tracking and reporting project status and escalating issues when appropriate.

  • Organizing project resources while tracking and managing any over allocated resources and motivating the team to complete key deliverables.

  • Developing a relationship with key stakeholders to ensure delivered projects meet business need and delight our customers.

  • Analyzing and controlling project risk and mitigating appropriately. Ability to escalate risks to decision makers when necessary.

  • Builds and delivers standard project reports to project team, key stakeholders and WelbeHealth leadership.

  • Presenting project status to senior executives.

  • Works with Architects/developers closely to make sure requirements are fulfilled and aligned with IT guidelines and standards.

  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.

  • Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and meetings.

  • Communicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Master’s Degree preferred.

  • PMP or Six-Sigma Certification preferred.

  • Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master Certification preferred.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a project management role.

  • Passion for process – both the creation of process where it does not exist, and the improvement of existing processes that could be better.

  • Previous experience in a regulated healthcare environment.

  • Understanding of project management to support change management.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 related products including MS Power Suite (PowerApps, Automate, PowerBI, etc.).

  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Share point, One note to support Projects.

  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project Server, Clickup, Jira, Azure board etc. aligning projects and agile sprints.

  • Healthcare integration knowledge is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
