Optimy is a project management software (SaaS) that helps companies to bring to life their positive social impact initiatives.

With our four solutions (grants, donation, volunteering and sponsorship) we help more than 300 clients in over 30 countries and support them in their willingness to do good to society. Our client portfolio includes Audi, L’Oréal, Michelin France, TUI, Petrobras and many others.

Our main goal? Making sure that our customers' social impact projects are successful by making their processes more efficient and easy to set up in our intuitive flexible tool.

Your Mission

• Support Operations manager in coordinating transversal projects and processes
• Support Operations manager in daily activities: prepare presentations, prepare surveys, analyze data, apply storytelling to engage the audience
• Proactively identify project gaps, ensure every project task has a next step and a deadline
• Contribute to ongoing transversal projects
• Document meetings and organize notes and internal documents
• Review and update the company Intranet to ensure teams efficiency in finding the right page

Your Profile

• You can start in September 2022 and are available for ideally 5-6 months
• Fluency in English
• Attention to details and good organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to problem-solve with grace and efficiency
• Experience with project management software like Notion, Trello or Monday.com would be a plus
• An internship agreement must be provided by your university
