StepStone Global Operations, are a small but crucial team.  We are the guardians of the processes, tools, training and data that allows our Sales and Customer Success teams be international experts for recruiters. We also connect many of the departments that operate locally in our respective markets so that they can operate as one and be part of something larger.

This new role offers a good balance of proactive and reactive work, supporting local teams with their international work and helping spot opportunities to help meet our vision.

Your Mission

  • Field internal enquiries coming from our operating markets
  • Act as an ‘International Deal Desk’, helping to coordinate across the businesses for our Sales colleagues and also ‘gatekeep’ by approving International quotes
  • Research and analyse cross border recruitment topics, identifying trends that will drive recruiters to consider international talent
  • Feed back findings accordingly to the various stakeholder communities
  • Explore our International Sales data in order to refine our data capture and consequently, to analyse results to help leaders with their strategic decisions

Who are you?

  • You are confident in analysing and interpreting data, hence familiar with Excel, Power BI (or similar), Business Objects/Tableau (or similar)
  • You have experience with CRMs such as SAP, SalesForce, etc.
  • You have a flare for researching and identifying market opportunities
  • Fluent in English and strong skills in at least one or more of the following languages (French, Dutch, German)
  • You embrace cross-cultural communication and, as an inclusive employer, are at total ease communicating and working with everyone
  • As a small team, we need you to be pro-active and have a hands-on attitude
  • You are willing and able to travel, mainly within Europe (once current restrictions improve)
