The Role

Fuzzy is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join our growing Marketing team, working in direct partnership with the VP of Marketing and Head of People. As the first in this role, you’ll play a critical role in Fuzzy’s success and have the opportunity to build the internal comms discipline from the ground up. As a remote-first organization experiencing rapid growth, we’re looking for an experienced communicator with expertise in developing programs for remote cultures, working closely with cross-functional partners (from executives to ICs), and finding new ways to engage employees and deliver relevant information.
