- A university degree
- Relevant experience, preferably in the EU institutional environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. English is the official language of PensionsEurope and all our communications and meetings are in English.
- Excellent command of French or Dutch to be able to manage duties with the Belgian authorities and service providers.
- Excellent computer skills
- Well-developed social, organisational and communication skills
- Dynamic and flexible personality; self-starter
- Capacity to work independently and in a small team
