To accomplish our mission, we are looking for an Insight Analyst (m/f/d) in Munich or Brussels. In our Search Team you will measure and analyse the search and the search quality. This is fundamental to support the searching and matching improvements.

With over 500,000 jobs, 22.2 million CVs, 36 million searches per month the data is big and the challenge is even bigger. We need an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to ensure that the critical linguistic data that powers our search is always up-to-date and of the highest quality.

The Search team is split across offices in Brussels, Berlin, Munich and London, so you will work in an international environment with a team of experienced and like-minded colleagues with much experience in search technology, machine learning, recommender systems and data science.

Your responsibilities

Set up and maintain key search metrics
Monitor search trends
Track the coverage of data resources used in semantic search
Monitor the quality of the search results and propose novel solutions based on the insights you uncover
Collect data and present findings to develop the best search user experience
Check the quality of the raw data
Analyse the performance for new search features
Present analytical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Your profile

Degree in computer science, maths, statistics or comparable
Proven track record in an analytical insight role
Experience with setting up a/b test processes
Have a clear understanding of search driven e-business
Deep understanding and experience with web tracking tools (eg. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Fluent English speaker (the working language is English)
Programming skills in Python, R or Java
Familiarity with SQL databases, first experience with Big Data processing are a plus
