As an Innovation delivery Lead - Sr. Analyst within our Innovation Consultancy team, you confidently drive scouting and experimentation activities within innovation pipelines. You work with enterprise stakeholders across IT, operations, and business unit leaders to define and document early business case insights. You use future-building, facilitation, and product management skills that direct and activate analytical scopes of work across user, technology, financial, and strategic alignment needs. You are strong and documenting impactful corporate presentations and capturing operational detail. You will work on a variety of large, complex, conceptual, and strategic projects.
This role requires curiosity, thoughtfulness, diligence, high-quality execution, and interpersonal communication skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will have an eagerness and ability to tackle a wide breadth of project types, including hands-on technology exploration. Digital product, computer science, IT, or coding backgrounds will be valuable to help apply innovation frameworks, analysis, creative thinking, and project management best practices to digital enabled environments.

Core Job Responsibilities
Process ideas through the corporate innovation pipeline, from initial concept to experimentation/prototyping, with a focus on building knowledge and confidence
Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and experiment within varies continuous improvement and innovation techniques, by breaking down problems into smaller hypotheses
Shape new opportunities into significant business value and results
Quickly immerse into client background and context during the projects
Comfortable navigating various groups of stakeholders
Foster effective relationships with team and clients
Manage multiple innovation tasks or projects as they run through the client-specific innovation process
Organize, task, run meetings, and track progress on multiple simultaneous initiatives with all layers of an enterprise, including Director, VP, and C-Level stakeholders
Work with internal and external technical resources
Utilize internal client systems and techniques to streamline innovation integration
Hands-on ability to explore and familiarize with current or new technology, “tinker” with solutions, collaborate with other subject matter experts, and make recommendations
<br/><br/>
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Design, Science, Technology, Math, Engineering)
Strong business acumen and a cool head of a consultant
Proven track record of generating tangible business results
Organized and able to self-task, adapt, run meetings, and track progress on multiple tasks at once
Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills comfortable with new technology as well as clear business models
Able to formulate your own recommendations and opinions, supported with arguments and confidence
You are comfortable with the ambiguous front end of an innovation process, can bring structure to manage progress, clarity, and energy of the team
Enhanced Skills:
Experience in applying Lean Startup and Design Thinking principles
Familiarity with operational, transformation, and change management
Experience with agile methodologies
Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and Power Apps
Experience with custom software and application, product, or platforms creation
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and business intelligence tools
