Description de la fonction
In your role as an industrial engineer, we count on your input and experience in the following areas:
- Introduction, development and maintenance of lean manufacturing methods and processes
- The delivery of cost-efficient manufacturing processes, in addition to continuous improvement activities
- Facilitate and drive continuous improvement activities in line with business targets and objectives, e.g. kaizen workshops, manufacturing and logistics rationalizations
- Coordinate the introduction of Engineering changes within current production processes
- Active usage of different methodologies like FMEA and MTM
- Working with a cross functional team of internal resources, production, quality, logistics, maintenance, cross border customer teams, external suppliers and the product customer
- Contribute to the introduction of new products and equipment
- Determine and plan workstations and processes
- Follow up of space requirements, update and improvements of the layouts
Profil
- Degree or experience in relevant Engineering discipline
- Experience in production planning within the automotive industry with emphasis on assembly, logistics and quality is an asset
- Knowledge of standard methodology of FMEA and preferably possession of MTM certification
- Knowledge of SAP will be beneficial
- Experience in the planning, design, standardization and continuous improvement of processes within production
- Knowledge of lean methods such as kanban, OEE...
- Logical and analytical thinking as well as an innovative approach to problem solving
