We are looking for an Incident/Problem Manager to work for one of our prestigious client in Brussels.

Votre profil

We are looking for Process Manager (focus on incident/problem management):

  • Necessary experience within these ITIL processes (+ preferably some ITIL certifications)
  • Actively chasing after incident/problem resolution for issues where different parties are involved (operations, development, network engineers, third parties)
  • Think together with the customer about improving these processes further (KPI, RCA documents, ...) and can make sure that all steps taken within the investigation are documented, tasks are set out with the responsible parties and are being executed on time.
  • It is a requirement at the project as well that this person is willing to take part in the management guard (+/- 1 week per month) to coordinate any issues the technical guard cannot fix itself.
  • Mandatory: Dutch speaking candidates (Native Dutch or Advanced Dutch)
  • Medior, senior or expert level candidates are considered (minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the domain)
