About Our Client
A growing international company active in the cosmetics sector and located in Zaventem.
Job Description
As the HR generalist of the cosmetics company you will be responsible for:
- Internal recruitment from A-Z
- Onboarding
- Internal HR communication
- HR administration (contracts, insurances...)
- Coordination of internal events and trainings
- Prepare payroll and manage final payout with the support of a social security service
The Successful Applicant
- You have a bachelor in HR, communication, languages or any other relevant field
- You are fluent in both English and Dutch
- A first experience in recruitment is a plus
- You are open minded, sociable, and people oriented
- Excellent communication, honesty, and efficiency define you
