 The HR Generalist will partner with management to facilitate the delivery of HR services ensuring the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively. A successful candidate will serve as contact for employees and answer questions regarding HR policies and procedures and be responsible for the successful implementation of human resource policies, programs and practices.   Is this role right for you? We’ve done this by successfully transforming the first device you grab when sickness strikes - the thermometer - into a sensor to detect when and where illness is rising, and communicate with those who have just fallen ill.    RESPONSIBILITIES ·       Ensure HR operation is operating in accordance with federal, state, and local employment requirements, e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII, etc. ·       Effectively utilize TriNet (for payroll/timekeeping) and other HR systems. ·       Monitor and maintain payroll, employee benefits, vacation/personal time, leaves of absence, and all necessary paperwork for new hires and terminated employees in coordination with the HR Team. ·       Liaison between Talent Acquisition partners and management in the recruitment and selection of candidates. ·       Facilitate organization development and job evaluation processes. Assist local managers with salary and wage administration to ensure pay consistency and equity. ·       Ensure effective new employee on-boarding process. ·       Develop positive employee relations initiatives. Coach employees and managers on correct interpretation and administration of Company HR policy. Assist management in maintaining positive employee relations. ·       Work with local managers to determine training needs. Recommend training programs and utilization to support employee and management development. ·       Assist in report preparation and data analysis. ·       Propose programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. ·       Assist in maintaining and updating employee policies and procedures. ·       In conjunction with Managers, take necessary measures when there is deviation from policies and standards.   REQUIREMENTS ·       2-3 years of HR Generalist experience demonstrating knowledge of HR practices and regulations. ·       Excellent time management and organizational skills. ·       Excellent attention to detail and commitment to task.  ·       Excellent oral and written communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. ·       Experience applying knowledge of state employment laws to assess compliance issues. ·       Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization. ·       PHR or SPHR strongly preferred
