Introduction

Created in 2012, Stanley/Stella is a Belgian fast-growing company that is specialized in providing B2B fashion garments to the apparel market. Our headquarter is located in Brussels. However, our scope has crossed multiple borders and we are serving clients within Europe.

Given the COVID-19 situation we have achieved to maintain our position as a quality apparel provider and with the support of our 130 employees, we maintained once more a double-digit sales growth this year, reaching over €100M revenue.

Our objective is to combine quality with fashion, along with a strong sustainable focus. We believe that fashion can be respectful towards our planet and the people: we utilize 100% organic cotton and recycled materials and we actively try to improve working and living conditions in manufacturing countries.

HR Business Partner

Mission

As our HR Business Partner you will focus on the soft side of the HR being ‘People’, ‘Recruitment’, ‘Training & Development’ etc.

Your mission will be to have the best talents inhouse , ensure that these talents are development and continuously assess and improve HR methods and Process to provide quality.

You will work closely together with the Payroll & HR Officer while reporting to the HR Manager.

Your role

You collaborate closely with business leader to anticipate and solve complex organizational challenges, with a focus on attracting, recruiting , developing and executing HR strategies to help onboard and retain a new colleague.
You manage the entire employee life cycle , including internal mobility with the best care and implement processes to ensure a smooth follow-up on all stages.
Together with the HR Manager , you assist in implementing the HR 5Year strategical plan and ensure that the value ‘People’ is represented at Stanley/Stella
You set-up a solid and structured global training plan that is in line with our strategical pillars – Sustainable – Innovation – Quality
You coordinate the performance review and ensure that this process runs efficiently
You assure a correct onboarding of every new colleague and a solid integration and you create necessary tools to improve this topic
You create a strong employer branding plan to attract new talents that fit our company culture
Together with a recruiter, you are responsible for the recruitment from A-Z , both national and international.
You are responsible of understanding the recruitment needs and you coordinate the recruitment and selection process in order to attract the right profiles.
You participate to different HR ad hoc project within your team and the other departments (e.g. HR News , HR Workforces)

Your profile

You hold a bachelor or masters degree in HR or other related domains.
You have at least 10 years of experience as an HR BP , preferable within a large complex & fast-paced organization
You are Fluent in French , Dutch and English . Any additional language is a plus
You have the knowledge of Belgian legislation
You have a positive ‘can-do mentality’ and are solution oriented
You can work smoothly in a team, but you also have the necessary maturity and autonomy to independently complete your priorities.
You work purposefully and accurately, even under time pressure and this within a complex and rapidly changing environment
You are eager to learn and always look for ways to carry out the work better and more efficiently.
