As one of our HR Behavioural Scientists, your aim is to discover, interpret and communicate meaningful insights in workforce-related data.

Within Corporate HR (CHR), the People Analytics team has five main activities:

  1. analytics use cases
  2. employee experience analyses
  3. management information & reporting
  4. data management
  5. upskilling CHR in data literacy

Description de la fonction

  • You build strong relationships with business stakeholders, data analysts and the people analytics consultants within KBC. This will allow you to understand our key challenges and aspired business outcomes, develop interesting hypotheses for testing and create effective analytics projects. You also collaborate with other CHR departments, ADAM (Group Center Applied Data Analytical Modelling), CSR (Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility), ICT, Compliance, etc.
  • You work together with colleagues from your team and other teams to frame and design people analytics research projects.
  • You apply psychological principles to the workplace and look for insights into drivers of behaviour for areas such as leadership development, performance and progression, rewards, diversity & inclusion, employee wellbeing, employee engagement, etc.
  • You communicate your insights to your internal clients in an impactful way, e.g. through storytelling, focusing on policy recommendations. You advise on how to achieve an intended business outcome.
  • You help to scale people analytics solutions within Corporate HR (CHR) and across KBC. In doing so, you will contribute to further developing a data-driven culture within CHR and KBC.
