Job Description

Assist the HR team in their recruitment activities by creating social media content

Organise training programs

Coordinate meetings and interviews

Assist the HR administrative tasks

Collaborate with multiple departments for internal HR communications

The Successful Applicant

You have a bachelor in HR, administration, or any other relevant field

A first experience as an assistant is a plus

You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French or the other way around.

Working in team and communicating with them doesn't scare you.

You're open for learning on the job.
