Job Description
As an HR assistant in an international FMCG company you:
- Assist the HR team in their day-to-day operations (recruitment, trainings, payroll...)
- Manage the internal and external communication of any HR related requests
- Provide administrative support to the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and interviews
- Assist in the development of different HR processes
The Successful Applicant
- You have a bachelor in HR, administration, or any other relevant field
- You have a first experience as an assistant
- You have knowledge of the Belgian Labour Law
- You are fluent in French/Dutch and proficient in English
- Proactivity, organisation, and excellent communication skills describe you
