Job Description
As HR officer/HR assistant you will be responsible for:
- Internal HR communications
- Training coordination
- Follow-up of trainings & reporting presences
- Preparation & translation of contracts
- Follow-up of contracts & other administrative documents
The Successful Applicant
- You have a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Office Management, Management Assistant or any other relevant field
- You are fluent in both French and Dutch with a basic knowledge of English
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- You are dynamic and sociable
- Organization, communication, and teamwork define you
