Job Description
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You act as main point of contact for employees and business leaders based in Belgium and Luxembourg (around 90 employees)
- You ensure people get the necessary tools and environment to be successful in their job and proactively discuss with the business to identify their local needs
- You lead the day-to-day HR operations covering areas including talent management, performance management, absence management, on-boarding programs, employee relations, learning and development...
- You support the implementation of group policies and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
- You oversee local payroll and work closely with HR team and Finance stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective delivery
- You lead and / or participate to a variety of transversal HR projects around Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement, Performance, Well-being...
- You report to the Senior HR Business Partner Benelux based in the Netherlands
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills:
- You have more than 3 years of experience in a generalist HR position (recruitment, on-boarding, talent and performance management...)
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (both oral and written).
- You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation.
- You have a real hands-on mindset and can demonstrate a strong proactive attitude.
- You possess a good understanding of payroll related activities allowing you to make sure salary administration has been delivered correctly.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset combined to a "can do" attitude
- You enjoy working in an international environment and enjoy acting as a primary contact for employees and business leaders when it comes to HR related questions
