About this Role:  

We are looking for an experienced Home Onboarding Coordinator to oversee the coordination and execution of the onboarding activities for our homes, and ensure that they are stay-ready for our Owners. This person will work directly with the lead designer to ensure seamless completion of projects and timely execution of designs.They will also oversee and lead the installation process for all FF&E and OS&E during the onboarding process. This role requires you to travel at least 75% of the year as we expand into new and current markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, and is highly skilled in organization, communication and project management.

What You’ll Do: 

Oversee the entire physical onboarding process of new homes and ensure all onboarded properties are Owner-ready

Own home completion and oversee order and delivery for all FF&E and OS&E during the onboarding process

Ensure our Owners have world-class homes by owning home completion setup of locks, painting, transporting materials to site, placing furniture, Art & TV hanging, and debris removal

Meet with vendors such as pool and cleaning to set Pacaso expectations of home maintenance requirements

Working directly with the lead designer to ensure a seamless completion of projects and timely execution of designs.

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. 

Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan while utilizing  industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the onboarding process

Manage special onboarding and operations projects as necessary, maintaining the ability to make site visits and travel as needed 

About You:

2+ years of experience in property onboarding and project management

Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, and/or property management 

Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines

Possess a Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate high-level of professional maturity

Must hold knowledge of general principles of space décor and design (i.e., flooring, window treatments, color schemes, finishes and FF&E)

Central or West Coast based is preferred
