The team you'll be part of

CNS BA Device Management provides device management products for broadband access and home device management, mobile device management, and IoT device management.

Within the CNS BA Device Management, you will be responsible for Home Device Manager (HDM) product line management, we are looking for an experienced product line manager to join our team. In this role, you will help define the strategies and roadmap, develop relationship with our key partners and presales teams for different regions to grow the HDM customer base and revenue. You will work collaborateively with our global team of product architects, software developers and engineers to make HDM the best device management product by enhancing scalability and usability, extending the management protocol support, building new use cases and additional features.

What you will learn and contribute to



As part of our team, you will:

  • Work closely with global team of architects, developers, engineers, program managers, presale, and SaaS and Hosted Services operations team to drive new product features, releases
  • Manage internal and external partners, create and maintain combined solutions to grow the customer base
  • Support presale for RFP responses and customer engagement
  • Listen to, understand the feedbacks from services, customers, presale and partners for use cases, scenarios and solutions.
  • Priortize competing demands and feature requests, and manage release content and schedule
  • Drive the growth strategy for number of customers, revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodical review of the strategies, customers and products

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering or business
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing product, software projects, or leading product R&D team.
  • Ability to develop strategies and make decisions for features based on business needs and strategic direction.
  • Passion for deep understanding of the features, products, partner and customer needs, growth of the business.
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment with ability to adapt quickly to the customer needs, new technologies and processes
