As a "guest success hero" you are responsible for incoming calls, emails and all messages that come in through the various channels. You check what the questions are and do everything you can to help our guests in the best and most efficient way.

A reservation, cancellation, change or request? You know what needs to be done! Moreover, our guests hear your smile through the telephone. Fantastic!!!

You make the correct input via the various softwares and you are in contact with our various branches.

Communication will always be in Dutch and English. That's why it's important that you can do both! Vous parlez français? C'est fantastic!

Our beautiful offices are located in the centre of Gent!
