Guest Experience Agent

At Locale, our mission is to provide our guests with carefree, flexible accommodations through a growing collection of high quality, fully-furnished apartments around the country. We use technology to bridge the gap between hospitality and residential living, creating a new lodging experience that delivers exceptional value to our customers. Since 2017, we've hosted tens of thousands of guests while partnering with innovative multifamily owners and developers to expand the Locale network to new cities. We've raised capital from top-tier venture investors and we're excited for the growth to come.

We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent who is passionate about creating an amazing guest experience. You will be the frontline hero for our guests, helping to facilitate an easy and enjoyable experience before, during, and after their stays. This is a remote role and a highly interactive role within our team and, in short, we’re looking for a rockstar.
