Your responsibilities

  • You analyse communication needs within Soudal and develop and implement a communication strategy, both internally and externally, while closely working with the management team of marketing.
  • With your professional team, you lead diverse international communication projects (group website platform, social media channels, employee events, employer branding, international exhibitions…) while improving our communication and internal/ external image of Soudal and Soudal Belgium in particular.
  • You develop and implement further marketing automation projects, using CRM data to enable our international sales organisations to enhance their efficiency, targeting selected market segments.
  • You lead and coach our communication team of 6 people.
  • You act as a communication advisor to our management team on important and critical communication challenges and issues.

Your profile

  • You have a Master's degree in a communication related discipline.
  • You have at least 10 years of working experience in an international communication or other relevant environment, preferably in a production/industrial company.
  • You are passionate about improving online and offline CX, to take the customer journey to a higher level.
  • You are experienced in coaching people and leading an experienced professional team.
  • You are a creative project manager and organiser of events.  
  • You are an excellent communicator with high presentation, digital, writing and persuasive skills. You are comfortable to communicate with many different stakeholders at different levels, both inside and outside the organisation.
  • You are change oriented and ambitious.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, additional languages are a plus.
